All non-consumable pet products (e.g., beds, harnesses, toys, crates, grooming tools) are covered by a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This includes:
Unstitching, broken zippers/buckles, or faulty hardware (e.g., a harness clip that snaps during normal use).
Premature wear (e.g., a pet bed’s fabric tearing within 90 days of regular use, not due to excessive chewing by aggressive chewers).
Material flaws (e.g., toxic odors from non-food products, or mesh fabric that frays without damage from pets).
If you spot a defect:

We’ll review your claim within 2 business days.
Approved claims will get a free replacement, full refund, or store credit (your choice)—and we’ll cover the return shipping cost for the defective item.
2. 30-Day Comfort & Fit Guarantee (For Wearable/Usable Gear)
We know it’s hard to guess if a harness will fit your pup, or if a bed will be cozy enough for your cat—so we offer a 30-day “try-it-out” guarantee for select products:
Harnesses, collars, and pet clothing: If the size doesn’t fit (even after following our size guide) or your pet refuses to wear it (no signs of damage), return it for a full refund or exchange for a different size/color.
Pet beds, crates, or carriers: If your pet won’t use the bed (or the carrier is too small/big for your needs) and the product is unused with original packaging, we’ll process a refund or exchange.
Note: This guarantee excludes consumables (see below) and personalized items (e.g., engraved collars) unless they’re defective.

For consumable items (e.g., cat litter, dental chews, or non-prescription pet snacks):
We guarantee all products are 100% fresh, unexpired, and sealed when delivered.
If you receive a consumable with a damaged seal, expired date, or signs of spoilage (e.g., moldy treats), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement and cover all shipping costs—no need to return the faulty item (for safety reasons).
