The Misstiy "Happy Tail" Guarantee

At Misstiy, we are pet parents too. We know that sometimes a harness might not fit perfectly, or a toy might not be your dog's favorite. We want you and your furry friend to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Here is how we handle returns and refunds—simple, fair, and transparent.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your order arrived, please contact us anyway—we will do our best to help!

2. Damaged or Defective Items (The "Oh No!" Clause)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please do not worry.
Simply email us at [support@misstiy.com] with a photo or video of the issue.
We will send you a replacement immediately (for free) or issue a full refund.
No need to return the damaged item. We want to save you the trip to the post office!

3. Sizing Issues & Exchanges

We know guessing sizes online can be tricky (especially for growing pups!).
If you ordered the wrong size, please email us. We typically offer a free replacement or a deeply discounted replacement sent to you, so you can keep the original item and donate it to a local shelter or give it to a friend.
Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering to minimize waste.

4. Change of Mind Refunds

If you simply changed your mind and the item is in new condition:
Please contact us first to get the return address. (Note: Please do not send items back to the address on the package without contacting us first.)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but we can help you with a return once it arrives.
