I Have Not Received My Order. 99% of our orders are successfully delivered. In rare cases, packages may get lost in transit. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, please contact us by emailing misstiystore@gmail.com — we will be happy to send you a free replacement.

I Received a Damaged Item. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us by emailing misstiystore@gmail.com so we can assist you. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs. We will not be responsible for refunds or replacements if you contact us after the 30-day period.

The Item Is Undamaged, But I Don’t Like It. If you are unsatisfied with the item and it has no defects, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition (as sold) and original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving the return, minus a $8.99 restocking fee per item.
