Refund Guarantee

  1. I Have Not Received My Order. 99% of our orders are successfully delivered. In rare cases, packages may get lost in transit. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, please contact us by emailing support@misstiy.com — we will be happy to send you a free replacement.
  2. I Received a Damaged Item. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us by emailing support@misstiy.com so we can assist you. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs. We will not be responsible for refunds or replacements if you contact us after the 30-day period.
  3. The Item Is Undamaged, But I Don’t Like It. If you are unsatisfied with the item and it has no defects, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition (as sold) and original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving the return, minus a $8.99 restocking fee per item.
Refunds will be processed via the payment method you used at checkout. Before returning any item, please contact us by emailing support@misstiy.com— we will guide you through the return process.
Please Note: We will not offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, malfunctions, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional harm after use.

  1. Where Do You Ship From and To? We offer international shipping to most regions worldwide! All our pet harnesses are manufactured at our factory in China and shipped directly to customers globally.
  2. Do You Provide a Tracking Number?Yes. We will upload the tracking number immediately after the item is shipped. Once we upload the tracking number to our system, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  3. Why Can’t I Track My Order With the Provided Tracking Number?Please note that the tracking information provided may sometimes take 1-3 business days to become traceable. This happens because the carrier is still processing the item, and their system has not yet scanned or updated it immediately. If this occurs, please try tracking again later.
  4. How Fast Is Your Shipping?Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. We will do our best to ship items as quickly as possible and update you with tracking information once shipped.
  5. When Will I Receive My Order?You should receive your order within 5-8 business days after shipping. However, due to occasional carrier delays, delivery may take up to 1-2 weeks within the United States, and 2-3 weeks within Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us by emailing support@misstiy.com — our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
  6. I Entered the Wrong Address, Need Help!If you need to correct a wrong address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, we may not be able to modify your delivery address.
