Return Policy

I. General Provisions

We are committed to providing you with high-quality pet products and services. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will handle it in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.

II. Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product shall remain unused, with its packaging, labels, etc., intact and free from damage, stains, or other defects.
  • For food products, they must be unopened and within the expiration date.
  • Customized products and live pets (unless otherwise agreed) are generally not eligible for return, except in cases where the product has quality defects.

III. Refund Process

  1. You need to contact our customer service team first. You can submit a request by sending an email to zhoufumei7@gmail.com.
  2. Our customer service staff will review your request within 3 business days of receiving it and inform you of the review result.
  3. If the review is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and notify you of the return address.
  4. Please package the product in accordance with our requirements and enclose your name, order number, and Return Authorization Number in the package.
  5. You shall bear the return shipping cost on your own, unless the return is caused by our reasons, such as sending the wrong product, product quality defects, etc.
  6. We will refund the full amount to your original payment account within 2 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming that it is in compliance with the return requirements.

IV. Handling of Special Cases

  • If you do not have the purchase proof, we will verify the information based on the product batch, inventory, etc. If verification cannot be completed, we may not be able to process the return and refund for you.
  • For used products with quality defects, we will evaluate the specific situation. If the quality defect is confirmed, we will provide you with a partial refund or product exchange.
