I. Delivery Scope and Logistics Timeframe

1. Delivery Scope
Currently, we cover most countries and regions around the world through 4PX Logistics (including Mainland China, Hong Kong China, the United States, Canada, Australia, major member states of the European Union, etc.). Delivery to war-torn areas, remote islands and regions with logistics restrictions is temporarily not supported (unavailable delivery addresses will not allow successful payment when placing an order).
2. 4PX Exclusive Line Timeframe
  • North America (the United States, Canada): Delivery within 7-12 working days after placing the order (holidays and customs clearance may cause a delay of 1-3 working days);
  • Europe (EU member states): Delivery within 8-15 working days after placing the order (timeframe may fluctuate due to pet product quarantine inspections by EU customs);
  • Australia and Southeast Asia: Delivery within 6-10 working days after placing the order.
Note: The above timeframes are calculated from the order shipment date and do not include order processing time (1-3 working days, with weekends and statutory holidays being postponed accordingly).
II. Shipping Fee Calculation Rules
  • Shipping fees are calculated in tiers based on product weight + delivery country/region. After entering the delivery address when placing an order, the system will automatically display the final shipping fee through the 4PX real-time shipping fee interface;
  • Cross-border orders that meet the specified amount are eligible for shipping fee reduction or exemption (e.g., free shipping for US orders over $89, free shipping for EU orders over €79; please refer to the details on the order checkout page for specific offers).

III. Special Packaging and Transportation Protection for Pet Supplies

1. Customized Packaging
For pet food (such as freeze-dried food, cans) and fragile items (such as ceramic food bowls), we will use 4PX exclusive shockproof foam + waterproof sealed bags for packaging to prevent moisture and extrusion during transportation; large items (such as pet playpens, cat trees) will be disassembled and packed in separate boxes, with assembly instructions enclosed to ensure transportation safety.
2. Prohibited Items and Restriction Notes
  • Some countries have import restrictions on pet supplies (e.g., the EU prohibits pet snacks containing specific ingredients, and Australia prohibits wooden pet toys). Please confirm the local customs regulations before placing an order. We shall not be liable for goods seized/returned due to non-compliance with regulations;
  • Live pets and refrigerated pet food are temporarily not eligible for delivery. Orders for such products will be automatically cancelled.

IV. Order Tracking and After-Sales Service

1. Logistics Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send the 4PX tracking number and inquiry link via email (you can enter the tracking number on the 4PX official website: https://www.4px.com to track the logistics status). If no logistics information is found within 3 working days after shipment, please contact customer service in a timely manner.
2. Handling of Delivery Abnormalities
  • In case of delivery delay caused by 4PX Logistics (exceeding the promised timeframe by more than 3 working days), you can contact customer service to apply for a shipping fee compensation of ¥10-50 (calculated based on the number of delayed days);
  • Damaged/lost products during transportation: You need to provide photos of the damaged goods + tracking number, and we will arrange free reshipment or full refund (the application must be submitted within 48 hours after receipt; late applications will not be accepted);
  • Delivery failure caused by customer reasons (such as incorrect address, refusal to accept): The customer shall bear the shipping fee for re-delivery. If the goods are returned by 4PX, the remaining payment will be refunded after deducting the original shipping fee + 5% restock fee.

V. Other Notes

  1. Holiday Logistics Arrangements: During major holidays such as the Spring Festival and Christmas, the 4PX logistics timeframe may be delayed by 3-10 working days. We will issue a notice on the store homepage in advance;
  1. Customs Duties and Taxes: Cross-border orders may incur customs duties and value-added taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient.
